How do I tell my story?
Press Speak and talk, or press Write and type. Take your time. You can pause, start again and change any word before the letter is written.
What happens to my story?
We never save your story or letter. To turn speech into text, your browser may use Google, Apple or Microsoft. To draft your letter, your words go to our AI writer and are not kept. Only the optional survey is kept, anonymously.
Which email should I send from?
Your own personal email. TDs pay most attention to letters from real people in their area, so include your name and area.
The email won't open. What do I do?
Press Copy next to each person's email, then press Copy letter. Open your email app, paste the address, and paste the letter.
The microphone isn't working.
Tap the padlock or camera icon next to the web address and allow the microphone. Or choose Write and use the mic on your phone's keyboard.
